Once again, I apologize for being late with this blog post. I'm still dealing with a lot of health challenges, and doing what I can one day at a time.
I know I've mentioned some of the following things before, but I thought today it would be good to share some health resources again.
*Doctor -
I highly recommend my doctor in Idaho. I've been to him for treatment 3 times in the last 9 years, and every time he has been very helpful.
He is the only doctor I know of who has successfully treated lyme disease. His natural methods are also helpful for other infections, allergies, and more.
He is only in the office 3 days a week, so when you call, please be patient and the staff will return your call as soon as they can. There is also a lot of information on his website.

Nature's Sunshine is a really good company that has many different herbs - in both capsules and liquid forms - other supplements, essential oils, and more.

*Air Purifiers -
Having an air purifier is very important, especially when the air quality isn't good. Here are two kinds that we use that have been very helpful.
1) Honeywell air purifier is reasonably priced, and mostly sold online. You can usually find it on walmart.com or on Amazon.*
2) E.L. Faust room air purifier costs a little more, but it was designed for those who are chemically sensitive. www.foustco.com/airpurifiers.html
